This will be the 20th annual Shared Ownership Investment Conference in the region where it all started. Going back in time, the first event was held in Barbados, followed by Puerto Rico before expanding and moving to Orlando and then Miami. Interval is very excited to be hosting its first investment conference in Aruba. The event is designed primarily to educate new entrants or potential entrants to the business about the shared ownership industry. However, there is a great deal of content catering to established resorts. This would be an event for GMs/developers and above, which should consider attending. The resorts may also have some board members who would be interested. It will certainly be very helpful for the Aruba Government and/or Tourism officials to attend in order to gain insights into the scope of the industry and global trends. The conference gives participants an opportunity to meet with lenders, bankers, developers and other investors participating in or interested in, this sector.
